Each applicant must complete the admissions application. Please answer all questions. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable) in the space provided. All applications must be submitted with a $100.00 deposit that will be applied to your tuition. We do accept credit cart payments online, but if you are unable to pay with a credit card, please make checks or money orders payable to Connect Church Clearwater in the memo: CSSM deposit.

Step 4
Application Deadline Date – Students are advised to apply as early as possible as the maximum number of students that can be accepted per year is limited. Preference for acceptance will be given to students who have submitted all required documents to the school office before August 7, 2022.
Step 5
Your application is submitted for review when we have received all necessary documents: your completed application, current “passport style” photo or digital photo, application fee, and three references. Once the Admissions Committee has reviewed your application, you will be sent an acceptance letter.
